Within the heart of SPANDAN: A Voice of Effort’s mission, there resides a symphony of skill training programs, each note echoing the promise of better livelihoods and boundless opportunities for the underprivileged. Our programs are not mere classrooms but they are crucibles of transformation, forging individuals who not only possess practical and vocation-based skills but are also mentally equipped to embark on a journey of dignity.
In our multiple vibrant courses, students gain hands-on skills that extend far beyond the boundaries of the theoretical. Whether it’s becoming a master electrician, a plumbing virtuoso, a tailor sewing with exquisite craftsmanship, a skilled artisan, a data entry expert, or a culinary master, our courses offer ample possibilities to widen the horizons infinitely. We have organised more than 100 training sessions with talented professionals who are part of leading organisations. More than 1,200 employment opportunities have been secured by our students till date!

SPANDAN: A Voice of Effort was born from a dream– a dream that every student within its embrace would not just be a bystander in the digital age but a trailblazer, proficient in the language of computers, and armed with the competence to conquer today’s challenges. Today, that dream has blossomed into a digital tapestry, woven with over 15 free computer courses, and more than 1,500 beneficiaries basking in its vibrant hues.
We don’t stop at just imparting skills; we ignite the compass of ambition. At our Bhopura center in Ghaziabad, we not only teach digital literacy but also provide value-based career counseling, helping students navigate the labyrinth of choices. The results are nothing short of extraordinary. Many of our students have found their rightful place in various organizations, contributing not only to their own futures but also positively impacting their families and communities.
